It kitchen use yeah I cant see you bending it. Unless you start using it to open paint cans or something crazy.

Just my opinion and completely based on how I use knives, but I own the TKC in 210MM. The knife is so nimble that it feels like a much smaller blade. I'm actually primarily going to be using it as a utility/large petty. For my money, I wouldn't bother getting a 6 inch blade as a complement as I think you will find the TKC in 210 is nimble enough to be used as a utility.
