Melampus, I think it was here on the forums somewhere that I read the extra "f" in Cheff was because of copyright issues. Urban legend perhaps?

True. I was told that by Takayuki several years ago.

Also when clicking on ZDP-189 links and then Sukenari ZDP189 link, the Ginsan comes up.

This one is more complicated. I didn't have a section for that Ginsan knife so I stuck it there until we get our first stocking order.

Knife guards are showing in the Fujiwara section

This is intentional. I put the knife guards here because they're cheap covers for lower priced knives. We tend to sell them together so I'm saving customers some work finding them.

Loving that Ginsan steel Mark, so responsive and becomes samurai sharp.

Going to start searching the site and if I find something with a slightly flatter profile will be gifting someone with a discount on the Artifex Wa and copping a Ginsan. I do love the Artifex but if I can simultaneously hook a friend up who wants to step into the arena with a super nice starter knife while feeding my newer addiction... Hey!

CKTG <> The Nubutama 2k SPECKLED is spelled incorrectly... assuming it's not intended by Nubatama. http://www.chefknivestogo.com/nusp2k.html

Not 100% sure it's wrong, but Sakai 210 Damascus listed at 8.5oz. Seems high... http://www.chefknivestogo.com/satadawagy21.html

Mark - it's probably transposed and 5.8 oz seems more likely. Just guessing.
