Here are some nicely priced white #2 steel yanagis that we brought in from Tojiro. These are excellent starter yanagis for those that want to try a one sided Japanese knife without shelling out several hundred dollars.

Prices on these are:
240mm $89
$270mm $99
300mm $129

What does the different mm means? I am guessing is has to do with the thinness of the blade? Or is it a weight measurement or sturdiness?

The mm is the length of the blade, usually from the tip tp where the handle starts on Wa handled knives. 240mm is around 9.5", 270 is around 10.7", 300mm is just under 12".

Any chance you got one for a lefty or a tojiro white2 deba, I really want a single bevel knife but do not want to spend the $350 on the kaneshige plus I prefer carbon.
