This is a free service where you can buy and sell knives and sharpening equipment and kitchen tools. There is no fee for posting items but we require that you've made at least 30 posts on our forum before you post something for sale. If you're a frequent customer of CKTG and don't have enough posts PM Mark and he'll verify you and allow you to post.

These two have been in the block for the better part of a year and haven't come out. I just dont use them nowdays. Knives are in excellent shape. No edge issues and just starting to form a patina on the exposed metal.
They will be shipped with a good touched up edge.
I like cleavers like the cck 1303 a whole lot. I like old stuff made of carbon steel ( I've been searching for a good confition Old Hickory chefs knife for years) I could use a coarse non-diamond stone for removing a lot of material fast--something sub 500 grit. I like pocket knives a lot. Firearms are fun.
not really interested in selling them. For the little bit of coin they're worth, I'd rather just gift them to a friend that likes to cook or something.
If you're interested, throw a trade offer out there.

I would tend to agree with you. I'm not nearly intelligent enough to make that happen from my phone, though. Photos to come once I get home.
both taken the last time the knives were used.

NICO <> Thank you for respecting the community with your last notation, but the rule applies to those of whom post, not those of whom respond. If you would like to place your own listing even though your first reply is a bit of a manipulation of the rule, please PM me and I will raise the request with the Mod.
That said, I did recognize Clayton's listing upon its posting, but a few posts shy of 50 - I let it ride. Admittedly, it was my fault for not noting the thread with an approval, and as I'm sure you've recently noticed, we are doing our best to adhere to the rule. With that said, I will convene in the Moderator Forum, and get a vote to officially approve this listing.

I guess my notation was in respect to other posts that I have made I want to respect the rule and by no means do I want to diminish the respect for this board nor do I wish to police other people's posts that was not my intention at all. That being said I really do appreciate this forum although I may not post a lot I think there is a lot of valid information. I attribute my fairly new obsession and addiction to japanese knives and sharpening stones directly to this forum and for that I thank all of the long standing members as well as the noobs!! Thanks to all who post and the moderators!!

Nico- I actually gifted the gyuto to a friend who had an interest in cooking.
The Nakiri is still here, though. Message me if you're still interested.
