This is going to be a big deal when it comes out. They did a great job on this. We're still a little while away from bringing these in but I like what I see.http://www.chefknivestogo.com/toitkkigy24.html

That does look pretty sweet! I'm really looking forward to seeing them in stock. Will you be doing any of them with upgraded handles?

Hey Rob, Yes I'll be doing some with upgraded handles. I also just asked them if they would consider doing these in aogami steel. I just sharpened the knife and it really takes a nice nice edge. I'm going to start using it tonight and see how it performs and how long it holds an edge.

What's schedule like on these babies?
Thu May 17, 2012 5:39 pm
I have 100 of them on order now. If they get them on the next shipment it will be about 40 days. If they are delayed it will be about 70 days.
I just spoke to them and asked if they could make an aogami steel version with a buffalo horn ferrule handle and they said they would do it. I'm getting these too as soon as I get the quote. I think it would be cool to start building a line of ITK Aogami knives next that are more money but still affordable.

Mark, I'm excited too. I'm keeping an eye out for this one. Any idea what's the price going to be like?
Also, i notice you took down the spoon set of 12
I hope u can put it up when the m390 comes in.

I'm going to intoduce them at $79.95. I'll need to bump them up $10 after the first wave of orders but everyone that wants one at $79.95 will be able to get one at that price.
The dozen spoon set is still on the site. Here it is:http://www.chefknivestogo.com/ri12spset.html

The Blue steel version with nicer handle/buffalo horn ferrule is going to retail for around $200. Not sure people would go for that with that big of a price spread.
