Could you compare the Masazumi knives to the Tojiro DP knives for me.

The big difference between them is the Tojiro DP is stainless and the Masazumi is carbon steel. The handles on the Masazumi are a little better and the grinds and finish of the blades are similar. The Masazumi sharpens more easily.

The Masazumi is carbon as Mark noted, but it's also not clad like the Tojiro is.
Not good, not bad...just different. Some like the feel of a knife that isn't clad.....I can't tell enough difference to buy based on this though.
The Masazumi is a nice knife. I feel as though the one I got had better F&F and a nicer shaped handle than the Tojiro.
Both ground pretty well.
