Three Petty's and a Paring Knife

Paring knife specs:
Blade length - 83mm or 3.25"
Blade steel - AEB-L heat treated to 61 HRC
Blade height at the heel - 21mm or 0.8"
Handle material - Stabilized redwood burl
Handle construction - Full tang western handle with two corby bolts and a center mosaic pin
Blade thickness at spine is - 0.085" or 2.15mm over heel & 0.03" or 0.76mm at 1.5mm from the tip.
Blade thickness at the edge is 0.007 prior to sharpening heel to tip.

Specs on buckeye burl petty:
Blade length - 160mm or 6.3"
Blade steel - AEB-L heat treated to 61 HRC
Blade height at the heel - 32mm or 1.25"
Handle material - Stabilized buckeye burl
Handle construction - Full tang western handle with two corby bolts and a center mosaic pin
Blade thickness at spine is - 0.10" or 2.54mm over heel & 0.04" or 0.1mm at 1.5mm from the tip.
Blade thickness at the edge is 0.007 prior to sharpening heel to tip.

I love my new shop. Clean side stays dust free for the most part, more lighting, and laid out a lot better.
