i just got myself a new Grill Weber and im gonna abuse the hell out of it this summer is the plan, so i need everyone's favorit glazes and marinades for both red and white meat so i can find new favorits.

dont worrie i wont tell your dads/moms you gave it to me :D lol

These guys have rubs and recipes for anything grilling and smoking. They are grilling and smoking crazy like we are knives and sharpening crazy!

1/2 gal vodka

You didn't get much feedback so I made two for ya...

Asian Meat/Poultry:
    Minced ginger, garlic, scallion
    5 spice powder
    Sake
    Rice wine vinegar
    Soy
    Ketchup

Meat/Poultry:
    Buttermilk
    Orange zest
    Garlic paste
    Rosemary sprigs (crushed)
    Chili powder (or your .357)
    Salt

2cups ketchup
1cup apple cider vinegar
2T cayene
2T black pepper
1t garlic powder
1t onion powder
1t smoked paprika

use it on chicken or pork as an apricot bbq sauce
