Nice job indeed. I'm just realizing I needed to learn to polish out thinning after thinning my artifex wa-gyuto this weekend xD

That is a gorgeous polish on there! Care to give us a quick rundown of the process required for those results?

Thanks guys. Well for stones it was Shapton Pro 220 (flatten blade road after this all stones where used for both cutting edge and road) Imanishi 400, shapton pro 1k, shapton pro 2, shapton pro 5k, Ohira renge suita, Hakka and last stone was Wakasa. Then finger stones. Uchigumori for soft steel, then Narutaki finger stones to use on core and cutting edge, and finally aoko powder mixed with mineral (can use blade oil also) and rubbed. (head knife by pouring almost boiling water over it first then dry then got to rubbing. Thanks again guys.
