Between Tanaka Gyuto 240mm Iron Wood vs Konosuke Ginsan Gyuto 240mm which knife would you recomend?
Money is not an issue. I am looking for the best chef knife so I won't regret later.
Do you know any better knife from that category?
I am professionally cooking 12 hours a day 6 days per week.

Kono Ginsan. This is my "it" knife right now.
BTW I have only 1 left so if you buy it I won't be able to steal one for xmas and will have to wait for the next delivery.
