Yeas, the 210 would make for a light, nimble, stainless, not too expensive line knife.

I picked up a 150 petty tanaka ginsan, elsewhere, and man oh man is that a terrible handle. The plastic ferrule is a major step down from the rest of the handle, and is all splintered and unevenly sanded. I don't especially care because it was absurdly cheap, I would gladly pay 50 dollars more for if it even if it had no handle. Awesome steel, good geometry, was fun to sharpen. And one of few 150 wa petties on the market in a good stainless. My other option was a 200 dollar kanehiro ginsan, which I'm positive is way better, but about 4 times the price.
I believe it was stated that the gyutos mark carries have better handles with buffalo horn ferrules. Good on you Mark.

Really really like the nashiji finish on these. I'm thinking it's my favorite aesthetic finish on any knife.

Some sanding on the spine and choil and this is a awesome knife . Its light has great grinds best knife in this price range IMO
