What about a cooking video where you use the ingredients you've diced with a test knife?

I'd love to do a video of some Fujiyama knives. Let's see if we can't work one of those soon. I've held a few of them and they are really well done knives. As for recipes, it's so much work to do recipes, so it's really a matter of if I want to do another channel or not as I'm focusing on reviewing the knife a little more than using the ingredients. Trust me, if I think I could do it worth watching I'd be all over it, I just don't think I can put out anything worth watching on the recipe side. Thanks for the kind words, and keep on chopping; Aaron speeds up his videos but he doesn't tell anyone.

Well Shaun, the way you narrate your vids is actually really entertaining. Same would go for cooking video's. That said, don't do anything you don't feel comfortable doing, or don't think it's worthwhile.

Though there are a lot of sharpening videos out there, I would like you to show us your sharpening technique. Just something quick and to the point, it wouldn't have to be a long full progression video if you didn't want. And also GIRLS IN BIKINIS!

I think the sharpening video is in store soon. I've done a few recently and starting to get the kinks worked out. I think I can keep it around 15 minutes and be pretty good.

Thank you very much Jason, sorry I didn't get back to your comment on Youtube. I think you are going to be very happy with this nakiri.
