Gotta love a plain edge knife so sharp it goes cleanly through the bread crust with no crumbs. lol
I think the video does a very nice job of telling about the knife without using any words.

Enjoyed this video. Even liked the music on this one. That Takamura definitely looks nice. I hope Mark decides to get some of the wa handled Takamuras.
I am anxiously awaiting your Sukenari ZDP video. Nice to see chiles in the videos. I use a lot of different varieties from the capsicum chinense family.

i love the knife, i have two. lol. it just arrived a couple days ago. haven't had much use with it yet. best out of the box edge yet!
