So I guess I'm almost blogging about what I cook for myself but what the hell
A basic carbonara sauce and some home made tagliatelle, I was starving after work and we had no pasta in the pantry, so I made some fresh pasta. However it wasn't rested so I couldn't roll it as thin as desired without using a pasta rolling machine.
Tasted great, texture of the pasta was spot on just a little thicker than desired.
