I hope you are doing well
I am looking for an excellent wa-handle, thin suji that holds the edge for a long time and easy to sharpen, carbon or stainless.
I will be using this knife mostly to slice roasted turkeys and roasted beef.

My kono Konosuke HH 300 suji finally arrived today. I haven't tried it yet but it looks awsome and feels very comfortable in my hand. The only problem is 300 with saya doesn't fit into the pocket of Ultimate Edge Deluxe Knife Bag. Other than that I am really happy with my purchase. Thank you Mark for all your help. Looking forward to buy more knives from you in the future.

I have the Kono White #2 300mm as well, awesome blade like you said!! Getting a nice patina as well after slicing several Elk Roasts and a 11# ham for Easter!
