Stone recommendation

I have a global 1000 grit waterstone - I need a recommendation for a beginning stone and finish stone - I use a variety of knifes in a professional kitchen and have traditionally used Arkansas stones for sharpening. Thanks.

Are you wanting to add to the stone you already have, or replace it?

If you want to replace it, this is a good starter set of stone's:

It's what I have, and use exclusively now with the addition of a 10k Naniwa Superstone.
