I have a few knives from CKTG and have really liked the service and the knives.
I have a house in the Florida Keys and would like to find and buy a low reactive nakiri. We eat a lot of vegetables and fruit here and while our stamped stainless knives are fine, the feel of o good nakiri would be great.
Right handed, EP sharpener with confidence, and careful treatment are not a problem..
It is salty and warm here however... Like lick your lips salty..
Budget is open. Ideas??

Artifex nakiri pops into my head! I would also check out the Kono HH Nakiri, and the Sakai Takayuki Damascus Wa Nakiri. Same with the Richmond Damascus Nakiri.
I would look for a Nakiri with a stainless steel other than VG-10. I don't care for VG-10 personally and find that AEB-L that is used in the Artifex and Sakai Takayuki Wa Nakiri to be a much better quality steel. The Kono and Richmond Damascus Nakiri would also be great choices, too.
I have 3 Nakiri's; my favorite is my Tanaka Blue #2 Kurouchi so far, but it's carbon.

I would also look at the Mac Damascus and the Kasumi.

Budget = open = Get a Butch Harner nakiri. The best nakiri you'll ever open.
Other than that, see above recommendations.

Tanaka makes a good one with Ironwood handle that I love. Another one I like is the Kanehiro Ginsan nakiris.
