I finally got a Spyderco to sharpen, it is a Tenacious and now I see why everyone talks so highly about these knives.
A pure joy to sharpen, I finished this at 15k but to be honest, if I owned the knife, I would have been happy with the 220 EP edge. Inspired by MadRookie I went for the LGE........ "Looking Glass Edge".

My progression was EP 220 and 400 to do the heavy lifting and save wear and tear on my other stones. (21 deg per side)
Shapton Glass 1k, 2k
Chosera 3k,
Shapton Pro 5K, 8K
Chosera 10K
Shapton Pro 15k

Very cool knife, I'd love to own one.

Better be careful. We might pool our cash to get you a Delica for your birthday.

Hi, thank you. Pete yes they do take a very nice edge and quite quickly too.
I sharpened it at 21 deg Eldergeek, it seemed to match the factory angle very closely and I didn't want to adjust it, it's not my knife.
