Not stressful at all if the shave is with one of Ken Schwartz's mysterious Nubatama blades.....

Uh, just to be clear this is NOT a Nubatama knife but is some unspecified brand of kamasori or Japanese razor of some unspecified steel. I'm curious why you thought this might have anything to do with the Nubatama knives?

I kind of wonder why anyone would shave a whole face on a woman?

Hmmm.... is it a mistake? Who is the unspecified maker of Nubatama knives? And where can we find out more about "black steel" used in those knives. Guess its easy to confuse things when things are unspecified.....

Nope this isn't a Nubatama at all or has anything to do with Nubatama.

But if you are interested in Kamisori check these out:

No way! If I'm going to start shaving my eyelids, only the best will do, so I'll wait for the Nubatama to come out.

It will be a very very long wait. The Kamisori maker and the Nubatama Hocho maker are two different craftsman. But you could use a Nubatama Hocho to shave your eyelids :) Not what I would recommend but if I've shaved with a cleaver, well you could be the first Nubatama Yanagi shaver out there :)

If you are serious about a black steel Kamisori, well I can ask if the knifemaker would do a custom one just for you. Send me a PM.
