Very nice craftsmanship. I like the idea of the slim fork with the dainty tines. I think the stag handle on the fork could be smaller. I feel the handle overpowers it and takes away from the feminine profile of the fork. Masculine knife, feminine fork, interesting.

I really love the second set. Really no critique necessary on this one. I especially love the paring knife. It looks like a small caping knife. I have a caping knife with a very similar profile. Very well done on this set, beautiful.

Beautiful work! I especially like the Bowie-esque look of the "Camp Chef's" knife. Very fitting! lol ;)

While the carving set looks like a very nice collector's edition, the middle set looks like something that needs to go in my kitchen! :)

I do agree though that the handles on the carving set are a bit large. Though they do look very nice, they just seem more like something that would be displayed rather than used because of the handles. The handle on the camp chef's knife looks pretty much like the perfect application for stag and just the right size to see use. ;)

Great looking chef set. Your spacer details are inspirational. I would have liked to see the ebony on the parer though, to complete the set.

All are really nice craftsmanship. I'm really liking the San Mai with the Ebony and Birch.

The really important question is, are those .357mag bullets? :)
