Some of my new knifes from CKTG

I work as a Sous Chef here in the UK....

Most of my new knives are Made in Japan

Check out the Richmond knives ...you will be impressed with the quality and performance...http://www.chefknivestogo.com/richmondknives.html

New knives added to my collection...Richmond / Konosuke SLD 240mm Gyuto and Kohetsu Aogami Super 240mm Gyuto
also in the picture EL Herder German bread knife, Kai Seki 2000st chef knife, Global knife

Thanks Mark and Susan for bringing a great selection of knives and accessories.
I can't find any shops in the UK that supply great knives.
Most Chefs i work with have Global knives and get fed up with them
as they don't sharpen very well.

ROGER <> Great to see you're able to access CKTG's fantastic menu in the UK! Now get all those blokes pushing around that Global GARBAGE to order the upgrades they deserve! :P
