Sink Bridge

Thu Mar 28, 2013 4:07 pm

I just watched a bunch of the sharpening for newbies videos and they are amazing. I really appreciate someone taking the tome to explain how to sharpen a knife properly. I would like to start sharpening my own kitchen knives and now I know a little about how to do it. I will be purchasing what I need to get started from your store as soon as I figure out exactly what I want.

One question, in the videos, Mark is using a stone holder that fits on the sink. I could not find that particular one on your website. Can you let me know where to find it?

Thanks...looking forward to getting started

Richard

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the kind words. Here is the sink bridge I used in the vids: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/nasibr.html

Here is another one we sell that I like. It's a little more heavy duty and allows you to sharpen on the counter as well as above the sink: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/to1.html

I use the Naniwa bridge and love it. Changed how I sharpen to the better a lot.

With a little ingenuity a homemade sink bridge can be very easy and cheap to build.
