The moritaka honesuki is great it's a 50/50 good price and great steel I would personally recommend it and it has an octo handle so it shouldn't be a problem for a lefty!!!

I have one I'd be willing to part with I just don't use it enough for it to viable in my knife bag as I have taken to deboning chicken with a deba. It's the moritaka blue 2 series if your interested.
