Selling an extra height Shun Classic Santoku (7.5 inch) and a Gloabl Sai Chef's (7.5 inch). I'm guessing most people are fairly familiar with the st stats on these knives. The Global Sai is harder and heavier than a Global Classic treated to HRC 59. If you like a durable, heavy knife, this one is very good. The Shun Santoku's extra blade height make this a nice alternative to, and more versatile option than, a vegetable cleaver. Both these knives could use a good sharpening and I'd be willing to take them over to Korin for a tune up if requested. For a more detailed description you can check out Williams Sonoma website.
