Ive bought a few knives off your site and we've exchanged correspondences.. I imagine that your a busy man but
as ive seen you've made a few sharpening videos, i recently purchased the Masahiro butcher knife, its a great knife
but because of its extremely rounded tip im have trouble sharpening it evenly and precisely.. I would love to see
how an experienced sharpener would go about sharpening the tip/curve section, if you can find the time to post a
video demonstrating the basic movements that would be extremely helpful to myself and im sure many others.

I don't know of a video specifically showing this, but:
You slowly start to raise your handle holding hand as you pass the curved part.
