Nice to hear you have something up and running. You have just inspired me to do a little more and maybe start my own in Cali. Thanks a lot! and by the way... what is okie cuisine?

Okie's tend to like biscuits and gravy, but in Wisconsin they have fresh Oscar Meyer hot dogs, especially in Madison, so the Wisconsin twist on Okie cuisine includes gernerous portions of hot dogs.

 Oh I love Wisconsin, which is one of the most wonderful states in the Union. One of my best friends is an attorney in Racine, and another is an attorney in Milwaukee. They both assure me that Salty's restaurant is first rate, and one of the top thirty restaurants in Milwaukee, and that they had seafood that was not bad. Personally, when working with hot dog recipes, I prefer Nathan's.
