Is that the same chicken in the back ground that you used in the break-down video? So how many videos did you make that night while cooking super? :D
What are we going to do with Aaron now that you have made him world famous!

Another great video Shaun, I'm enjoying seeing the knives in use and your knife skills even more!

Oh I'm just glad I haven't cut myself yet!

Funny thing about that chicken. I broke it down with the Shun Pro Deba and filmed it, but the camera angle was way off the whole time, so I scrapped the video. The very next night I bought another chicken and re-did the video.
