So I'm kind of interested in this knife as a gift,http://www.chefknivestogo.com/rida24gy.html
and I haven't found much in the way of customer reviews online. Does anyone have any experience with it?
In the interest of keeping this useful, I'm especially interested to hear what you -don't- like about it (or its siblings, if you haven't handled that exact one).

I have had great experiences with the richmond knives. I Have a richmond 240 gyuto AS. looks like it has the same handle. I would say this is a great knife. I think it looks beautiful and I'm sure it is very sharp.

I don't own that particular knife but I own the richmond Kohetsu, and that knife blows everything else in my knife bag out of the water. Truly, truly great knives.

I have handled these for the Quick Look videos, but I haven't put them to use on a any product. Based on all the knives I've seen, and a number that I've used, it should be a great performer ITK. It's a middle weight Gyuto with thin grinds down to the edge. They are stunning in person - the Damascus cladding is very dramatic. The samples I had were very sharp OOTB with a great edge.
I'll put it this way - if I was looking for a middle weight 240 Gyuto in this general price range, this knife would be on my short list - very short list

My gut feeling is that the chances are low, but only Mark Richmond can say for sure.
