They made a slight improvement on them. They used black linen micarta on the handles. They profile is very masamoto KS/ sabatier french like as I used the similar profile to my ultimatum on this, just thinner and lighter. I think this is going to be a big hit.

Like it Mark! What about a big boy like a 270? The last place I have on my wall magnets is a place for a Richmond Knife, possibly the 390 but I really want something in a 270?

Let's sell a couple of these before I start thinking about making a different one.
270s sell about 1/20th as fast as 210s so it's a long shot for me to do them. Plus this one measures a little over 250mm on the edge.

hi mark, does the 240 balance more forward than the 210. if so, I will get the 240 as well.

Yes it balances about 3/4 of an inch in front of the handle right where you pince the knife.

I'm doing a 240mm wa-gyuto later this year but it won't be the same knife. Different steel, different shape and different handle. Fujiwara is making it for us. I'm actually going to use the funayuki/gyuto profile that people have liked quite a bit for this knife.
