I love using the pressure cooker, usually i just sear the ribs then put them in there with my own bbq sauce but you can use bottled. the fat from the ribs incorporate into the sauce and becomes more complex. I dont usually grill them. If i do i like to spend the whole 6 to 8 hours low temp to get the tenderness.
