Hello! I'm an infrequent customer looking to buy a Honesuki style knife in the 70-170 dollar price range.
I am interested in the Kikuichi Elite Carbon Steel Honesuki. However, I am left handed! So I need to know the blade angle for this particular Honesuki. I know most are asymmetric in favor of the right-handed bourgeoisie.
If this knife does indeed have an unfavorable asymmetric grind to it, what are some other knives you'd recommend for a lefty? Unfortunately not all the descriptions on your website list blade angle!

The knife is stainless clad and has white #2 carbon steel on the core edge which is reactive. It is a pleasure to sharpen and will take a nice tooty edge which is pefect for butchering. Plus the knife is hand forged and hammered so it's cool and unique. I love these knives.
