We are looking at getting a Sashimi knife for a christmas present. The knife would be used exclusively for cutting whole pieces of Sashimi, and we're wondering what you can recommend from the ones you have on your website?
I've done a brief browse (there are so many!)
- and I've been looking at the Global knives, however there are a lot of brands I am not familiar with and would like to know if you guys can point me out any others that would fit the bill?
