Well was in need of a few days off from work and I figured I'd finally get a shot to meet two people. The first off was Mark and his wife Sue. Both showed me a wonderful time in Madison and were simple great hosts. Mark showed me the knife that got away from me... for now that is. Seeing it cemented the deal on me finally getting one. And the second person who I went and saw was you guessed it.... Salty. :) Now, before you guys get all crazy about a show down between the Honyaki God and the Gunslinger, I'll tell you that it didn't happen. Would it have been cool? Yes, but I think we both just wanted to enjoy a night off of using knives and such. But Scott was a gracious host and a man of knowledge and skill. One of if not the best meal I've ever enjoyed. I cannot thank either of them enough for taking there time to show me around and to spend some time with me. To Mark thank you again, and to Jefe (Scott) Thank you.

Mark, Sue, and Salty are all great people. I wished I lived closer to be able to visit with them more often!
