 Post subject: Experiences with Kochi knives

Any Kochi knife owners here? How long have you had yours and what are your experiences? I do like the visible almost mirror bevels of the cutting edges. Do these knives have bite OOTB? Or does the mirror finish make these knives more "slicers"?
