I didn't see any on CKTG but I did find the Suisin carbon on Korin and only $100 (plus shipping), I might get it. What type of steel is it? It says high carbon steel but that could be anything. Whats the bevel on it? 50/50 or the common 70/30

Shun Fuji is a was made for William Sanoma so they have exclusive rights to the line and no one else sells it.

Oh sorry I meant the Suisin Carbon honesuki, ya I kinda figured that the Fuji line was exclusive to William Sonoma.

The Suisin Carbon Honesuki is most likely something like Hitachi's yellow....I don't remember them ever stating what it is though.

Bevel is 70/30(ish) like is common on these.
