I hate to have to say this, but a stainless hand forged nakiri shipped to Israel is probably going to run you much more than 140 USD. Traditional Japanese makers prefer overwhelmingly to work in high carbon steels with only a few costly alternatives.

If you just want a nice stainless nakiri there are possibly some options that might fit, but I have no clue what shipping is going to run you.

:)

Here's a few nice ones in around that price.

Kohetsu stainless clad AS, 48.5mm height. - http://www.chefknivestogo.com/koaosuna16.html
Kohetsu stainless clad Aogami #2, 50mm " - http://www.chefknivestogo.com/kobl2na16.html
Kohetsu stainless clad(?) SLD, 48mm " - http://www.chefknivestogo.com/kosldna16.html
Goko stainless clad Shirogami #1, 51.5mm " - http://www.chefknivestogo.com/gona16.html

Core material is carbon, but that's no biggy (at least for me). Cladding is stainless so knives are mostly resistant.

I was actually thinking of the Kohetsu SLD, myself. If I remember correctly it's semi-stainless clad in full stainless and Steve really liked it at the price point.

Yes, semi-stainless. Good stuff. Got my mother an SLD Santoku for Xmas last year. I went back to visit her a few months later and it was still sharp!

Some other nice steels from Kohetsu and Goko too.

Good call on the SLD. It might be a good fit. The profile is not quite as flat as many Nakiri's. Keep that in mind. Could be a plus or minus for the OP.
