A lot of people don't include the Boston part of that title, so in fact he likes boning pork butts.

Onions are also high on my list (diced and Julian) scallions on the bias and going through a bunch of jumbo black olives when I make tacos is also fun to me. Heck I enjoy cutting most anything with a high quality razor sharp knife.

i like to julienne carrots, make french fries out of potatoes, dice onions, and chop up heads of lettuce out of my garden.
