Hello, I'm interested in buying a great knife from your website. I have only a few questions to ask. I'm left handed and I was wondering if you could help me find a great knife. It could be single or double edge. My price range is between $200 to$340. I'm also interested in buying your knife sharpening set. Please return my email with your information about which knifes to get. Also sized from 240mm to 270mm. Doesn't matter if it's carbon or stainless steal. Thank you for your help.

Hi Mark,
I'm left handed too. I want to find a left handed deba with single edge. Do you have any available in the store? I want the length around 210mm. Thank you

Well Nubatama makes debas. His preference for debas is white steel rather than the blue steels or even the black steel. He feels that the white steel is a better choice for a knife that is chopping through fish bones. And the knifemaker is left handed and will make left handed single bevel knives. PM me if you are interested. It is usually a special order , but he may have one in stock of the size you want.

And his white steel knives are considerably less expensive that his black steel knives.

Hi, Ken
What is different between white and black steel? I know blue steel is usually expensive and with the left hand user will even more expensive. I'm just order 2 kiritsuke from moritaka and tojiro. But I still want a deba with a single edge. Please relay me back with some price and Which brand have better quality. Thank you Ken.
