These both look seriously promising. Thin, short, and light (though the given weight on the finished knives is the same as those without a handle). I imagine the data entries will be updated soon to reflect the handles, as well. Looks like the gyuto would be a star as a line knife for someone who wanted durability.
Speaking of, are these Isaiah Schroeder handles through you, Mark, or did they come from elsewhere? They're gorgeous.
