Hi Mark, I got my Laser Friday and have chopped my way through every onion, pepper, potato and tomato in the house. It is an absolute beauty and I love the way it flies through food on the board. It is a beaut! You should be happy with it as the creator.
I agree with Fanatic. I have been using the Richmond Laser for several weeks, and it feels like an extension of my arm. You simply can't go wrong with the Richmond Laser. It's exciting that Richmond Knives will be adding more knives to its "Laser" line.
