Great review, but more importantly, how can I get invited to one of those parties?!

Superb review. "Wordy" is fine when it is so descriptive and enjoyable to read.

Cheers,

nice review, Jamie. would you by any chance know the difference between the Kono HH and Kono HD line? again, awesome review.

The difference between the lines is the steel. The HH line is in a top notch stainless steel which takes a great edge. The HD line is in a semi-stainless steel which will take an even better edge, on par with great carbon, but will patina and of course costs a tad more. Both steels are proprietary.
