I'm pretty sure Shosui is coming to visit us in a couple weeks. I'll keep you posted.

It should be fun. I plan on dragging him around to meet some of the line cooks that use his knives. Hopefully I'll convince him to do some more knife styles for us. The honesuki I had him make for our site has been popular.

If you guys have any ideas or requests let me know.

One thing we're going to start rolling out are some custom handle jobs on his knives. I want to introduce him to Isaiah and show him some of his work.

indeed. i thought that knife was bigger. mainly due to the big price tag.

I was thinking of having him do a few knives. Ultimatum clone might be fun. I love that shape for a knife and his are super tall so it would be different.
