To reiterate my first few words, "I don't exactly know why I'm sharing this" beyond the fact that I'm sure there is at least one person of whom never learned the method.

Additional note: this method can be used with the board lying flat in a situation where space is an issue & the towel will hold the bleach from spilling over the edge assuming you do not overload. In a professional setting, you can stack them this way which will bleach both sides of the boards.

That's a good trick, one I had not in fact seen before.

It's always frustrating when the dish staff tries to pass through a ratty cutting board that just needs a few minutes of love to be sparklingly clean again.
