I just got my E8 Walnut/Maple board in last night and got to use it a bit today! It's beautiful!! Awesome grain in the Black Walnut and the Maple Border makes it really stand out!

I cut some stuff on it and it felt really nice to cut on, much nicer than my Bamboo board! The board was solid cutting wise, but didn't feel hard on the knife edge. My parents even liked it!!

I've been using it every day since I got it. Steaks, mushroom, onions, watermelons, etc. I'm buying stuff just to have an excuse to use the board! Juice groove did great, none of the watermelon juice leaked onto the counter for the first time!!

I was going to go with one of the board with all Black Walnut, but I really liked the way the Maple border made it pop. It looks better than my pics show it, too!
