While Nubatama is famous for it's black steel knives, he also works with white and blue steel knives. In this series of pictures I'll show an example of his 'Shiro-tai' or white steel knives.

He makes both double and single bevel Shiro-tai knives going from petty to large Ryobas or Gyutos. He also will make left handed knives - both single and double bevel. Custom knifes in black, shiro-tai and blue steel are also available.

These are his shiro-tai ryobas from various views. Instead of the Nubatama engraving, the two character Kanji for Shiro tai are engraved instead.

Jeff, I know how to resize pics. Perhaps there might be another reason I do it this way. But thanks for the advice.

For the amount of money one spends on one of these gorgeous knives wouldn't you prefer to have some fullsize hq pictures instead of the dribble that we normally see....
