Hey guys! Im on the lookout for another knife to add to my collection. I've been wanting a ko-deba for a while now ever since I've found myself filleting a lot of smaller fish. I was just curious to see if anyone had some suggestions on a small deba. Small as in less than 150mm single or double. Im right handed. Thanks everyone!

This is on my want list as well. I have been putting it off since there are none on this site. (I'm assuming you want a single bevel) they are also called ajikiri. I have a tanaka 165 deba which I like. Tanaka also makes smaller ajikiri in smaller sizes 120 or 135mm would probably be the size you are looking for. This is what I will probably end up with, but since I don't have it yet or used one I can't necessarily recommend a specific one. But as your looking , if you look for ajikiri you will probably find more results. If you are looking for 50/50 bevel you can use an appropriate sized petty.

I used to own a Takeda ajikiri which was a beast of a little knife. It was small, probably not more than 110mm.
I sold it because I almost never fillet fish, but that was a great tool.
