Hey Mark,
A 2-3 Oz. flat bottom saucing spoon for homemade pizza would be a good bet - at least for me.

Personally speaking I wouldn't mind seeing some more blue steel or AS knives. There aren't a ton out there that I know of so it would be nice if it were possible.

I'm considering picking up a whole line of blue #2 or blue #1 steel in the fujiyama series. I love the knives I've been getting from them.

would love to see a longer (190mm on the edge) nakiri made of AEB-L in your Richmond line using the moritaka shape (no rounded tip). keeping the Kurouchi finish on stainless is really cool.
