Yeah, I sold mine a few years back to help fund my entrance into knife making. It bought my KMG grinder, drill press and kiln along with some smaller items I needed.

Kramer makes a nice knife. The heat treat he uses for 52100 is very good, his F&F is very good, and the profile is very unique for his standard chef's knife profile.

I liked mine very, very much.....but the reason he's commanding his premium is due to popularity, not because his knife is 100x better than any other.

Absolutely nothing. I'm sure they cut just as well as any other well made knife.

Damn Adam, it sounds like that one knife went a long way!

They are works of art, probably not meant to actually be used very much in a kitchen. It's like you'd want to, but something would tell you that you know better..
