Thanks for the compliments, balance point is 0.5 cm in front of the bolster. Do not understand riktigr what you mean by front on the tang less tall? Of course I do a little bit as the clients wants, but I have had discussions with many prominent chefs and found a good shape and balance. pictures show the shape of the handle front of the handle is 1cm wide
So to get good stable grip when working inside the blade Do you have more questions please do.
