Gokujo<--link meets Turbot. I shipped in a GORGEOUS wild caught 21# Turbot from Portugal for a dinner I just did. Anyone ITK knows the size of the board in the second pic. :P I had never seen a Turbot that large... :shock:

Not to belittle the knife "but" I believe those pictures show the skill of the wielder more so than the quality of the knife.....but hey, who am I to say.
That is a dinner I would loved to have partaken in.

That profile is very similar to the European désosseur. Is it as thin, with a slight flex?
